Before we meet, you I’ll do a deep dive of your content, messaging, offers, buyer psychology, analytics, and overall strategy through the VIB (Visibility—>Idea—>Business Plan) Framework so I can connect the dots you can't see from the inside.

Step 1: Complete the VIB Assessment

After purchasing, you'll receive an email with access to the VIB Assessment, a comprehensive business intake designed to give me a full picture of your visibility, offer, messaging, funnel, content strategy, buyer psychology, and data.

This assessment takes approximately 60–90 minutes to complete and is intentionally detailed.

You'll be asked to share information about your:

  • Current digital offer or resource

  • Social media presence

  • Content strategy

  • Sales page or checkout process

  • Email list and funnel

  • Analytics and data tracking

  • Buyer types and audience behavior

  • Current assumptions about why your offer isn't converting

The goal is not for you to have every answer.

The goal is to uncover what you know, what you don't know, and where your business may be leaking sales.

Step 2: I Conduct Your VIB Audit

Once your assessment is submitted, I spend time inside your business reviewing the pieces that impact conversion.

I'll review your submitted assessment, social media presence, content, offer positioning, sales page, funnel, analytics, and any supporting documents or screenshots you upload.

Using the VIB framework, I’ll look at:

  • Visibility: Are you attracting the right people?

  • Idea: Is your offer clearly connected to what your audience actually wants?

  • Business Plan: Is there a clear path from content to purchase?

This is where I identify what's working, what's confusing, what's missing, and what I would change first.

Step 3: We Meet for Your 60-Minute Strategy Session

During your private strategy session, I'll walk you through every finding in your VIB Audit, explain exactly why your audience isn't converting into customers, and share the specific changes I'd make if this were my business.

This is not a vague coaching call.

We’ll use the hour to talk through:

  • What is actually holding your offer back

  • The highest-impact changes to make first

  • What to stop doing

  • What to simplify

  • What to track moving forward

  • How to turn your visibility into more intentional sales

You’ll be able to ask questions, get clarification, and leave with a clear understanding of what to do next.

Step 4: You Receive Your Custom Strategy Document

After our strategy session, I’ll you will receive the in-depth VIB Audit document that outlines my findings and recommendations.

This document will include:
